You Protect Yourself From Earth Radiation?

Earth radiation, geopathic stress, leylines, ley lines, geopathic zones, hartmann grids, Gustav Freiherr von Pohl, wolfgang maes, bau biologieFor years, sensitive measuring devices have confirmed that the earth -- as well as all life -- radiates as a natural process, and that this radiation can be affected by underground water sources and earth dislocations.
There are also zones where radiation intensity differs greatly from the norm.
Much information can be gleaned from an examination of the effects of these zones, such as changes to air ions, human skin resistance, and natural radioactivity.
Might it be possible to locate “cancer zones” with these measurements?
Not necessarily. But it is wise to take precautions in areas of unusual activity, as they may have an impact on health. Using a sensitive scintillation counter can help pinpoint areas of potential risk in your home.

Earth radiation, also known as geopathic stress, falls in a similar category as that of electromagnetic fields (EMF), which is to say that it’s scoffed at by many.
However, just as the science of EMF hazards to human health continue to pile up with each passing year, the issue of geopathic stress may be seeing more light of day as well.
As usual, Europe is far ahead of the United States in this area. Geopathic stress lines are routinely measured for in Germany, for example, whereas the practice is quite a rarity in the US.
Despite limited scientific support, I personally believe geopathic stress is very real, and ideally avoided for optimal health, just as I’m a firm believer in avoiding EMF from cell phones, electrical transformers and WiFi routers.
What Is Geopathic Stress?
Geopathic stress is natural radiation that rises up through the earth and becomes distorted by weak electro-magnetic fields, created by subterranean running water, certain mineral concentrations, fault lines, and underground cavities.
Electropathological energy created by modern technology such as high and low frequency energy from telecommunication towers, electricity pylons, transformers, radar and radio towers can also contribute to geopathic stress.
When the wavelengths of the natural radiation are disturbed in this way, they become harmful to living organisms. These “geopathic zones” have a range of influence from 2 to 200 feet, and reach a height of 600 to 30,000 feet.
In this photo from ‘Points of Cosmic Energy’ by Blanche Merz (1995), microwaves can be seen floating above an underground watercourse taken in total darkness.
On the other side of the spectrum, you also have areas that emanate “healing” qualities; lifting you to more subtle levels of vibration and strengthening your body and spirit. Many of these areas are considered sacred sites, such as the natural wonders of Ayers Rock, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, the Matterhorn and countless other places around the globe.
The Dowser That Investigated Cancer
Most attribute the beginnings of modern evaluation of earth radiation to the experiments by the German baron Gustav Freiherr von Pohl, who in 1929 set out to investigate why the village of Vilsbiburg suffered such high incidences of cancer.
He was an expert dowser, and using an arbitrary scale of 0 to 16, he postulated that anything over 9 was a potential hazard. After marking all the danger zones he then checked the town hall records for everyone who had died of cancer in the village, and found that, remarkably, each and every person who had died of cancer had lived or slept over one of these radiation lines.
Other doctors were astounded by this discovery; others remained skeptical and asked von Pohl to repeat the experiment in another town. He did, and the results were identical.
The Hartmann grids were discovered in 1950 by a German medical doctor, Ernst Hartmann. These lines form a grid around the earth, running north to south, and east to west, extending to a height of 60 - 600 feet.
The north-south lines appear approximately every 6 feet 6 inches, and the east-west lines appear approximately every 8 feet 2 inches.
According to Dr. Hartmann, the worst place that a person can sleep or work is over a Hartmann knot, where two Hartmann lines cross, as harmful radiation is intensified at this juncture.
It is not uncommon to find the geopathic zones parallel to, or superimposed upon these Hartmann grids.
Research Finds Links Between Geopathic Stress and Illness
Between September 1987 and December 1988, the Institute of Consumer Research and Product Marketing in Vienna decided to test the theory of geopathic zones’ impact on health.
The aim of “The Vienna Report,” was to establish whether ‘Disturbed Sites’ can produce statistically significant results to support the high degree of interest the phenomenon caused in European mainstream and alternative medical practices.
They found that test subjects subjected to ‘disturbed sites’ experienced:
* deterioration of electro-biological functioning
* deterioration of heart frequency reaction (HFR)
* delayed re-warming time of extremities after being cooled down
* passive rhythms such as breath and pulse frequency was significantly affected
* significant reduction of immunoglobulins IgA, IgG, and IgM
* significant increases in levels of potassium, calcium, and under some conditions, zinc
* diminished serotonin levels
In conclusion, the Vienna report stated that the “location effect” of the ‘disturbed zone’ on regulatory systems of the human organism is proven without doubt, but that the question of which subsystem or system the location-dependent powers primarily attack remains.
The research team, which consisted of distinguished professors, doctors, engineers, scientists and dowsers, also concluded that there was no evidence linking “location load” to any specific illness, but rather that it is a risk factor that weakens your body and immune system, and increases and reinforces the harmful effects of other pathogenic factors, such as:
Environmental chemicals, poisons and pollutants.
• Malnutrition / poor diet
• Psycho social stresses
• Genetic weaknesses
• Electromagnetic pollution
Are You Suffering From Geopathic Stress?
Potential health problems arising from geopathic stress in your environment include:
* Cardiovascular problems
* Neurological disabilities and learning difficulties
* Immune deficiency disorders
* Chronic fatigue and irritability
* Body pains and headaches
* Sudden signs of physical aging
* Infertility and miscarriages
* Restless sleep
Fortunately, when your shift away from the disturbed area, such as moving your bed if you’re sleeping over a geopathic zone, your conditions will resolve on their own as your body begins to heal.
The Importance of Sleeping in a Geopathic Stress-Free Area
Sleeping in a geopathic stress fault is particularly harmful to your body. Think about it – you spend about one third of your life in bed. That’s a lot of exposure!
During sleep your brain is supposed to rest half the time and is busy healing your body the other half. However, if you are exposed to geopathic stress during sleep, your brain never receives the full rest it requires to repair and regenerate.
To have optimal health it is important to make certain you are not sleeping on a geopathic stress fault.
If you have trouble sleeping despite trying several of my guidelines for a good night’s sleep, try moving your bed several feet to one side or the other, or to the opposite side of the room so see if it makes a difference. If you find yourself sleeping more soundly in another area of your bedroom, or even in another room of your house, it may be well worth it to stick with it. It’s quite likely your body is responding to unseen energy disturbances.
